Zero Fees, Faster Cash: Cashfree’s New Festive Offer Aims to Supercharge Small Businesses.

Festive Cheer for SMBs: Cashfree Drops Payment Gateway Fees to 0%

Cashfree Payments is giving small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) a major financial boost ahead of the busy festive season. The company has announced a special initiative waiving its payment gateway fees, offering 0% platform fees on the first ₹20 lakh of Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for new businesses signing up on its platform. This promotional offer will be available until March 31, 2027.

This strategic move is designed to provide a genuine launchpad for early-stage and growing online sellers during their most critical sales window. An average SMB typically generates around 40% to 41% of their annual sales during this festive period, but this spike in volume often comes with increased cost pressures from discounts and marketing.

Key Benefits of the Offer:

  • Zero Gateway Fees: Removing platform fees allows sellers to redirect saved capital into crucial areas like inventory, digital ads, and logistics.
  • Faster Cash Flow: The initiative includes guaranteed next-day settlements, as opposed to the standard two-day cycle, giving businesses the immediate liquidity needed to restock during peak sale days.
  • Rapid Onboarding: New merchants can go live in a matter of minutes, ensuring they are ready to capture customer demand without delay.

By reducing upfront transaction costs and improving daily cash flow, Cashfree aims to help online brands maximize their margins and thrive during their most profitable time of the year.
