For some, it’s simply a habit shaped by a busy lifestyle. But psychologists say eating speed can sometimes offer small clues about the way a person thinks, behaves and responds to the world. That doesn’t mean your eating pace can reveal your entire personality. Human behaviour is far too complex for that.
